Clinic Times

Monday evenings at 6:30pm

Saturday afternoons at 1:00 pm

Larissa is one of the RMTs at HQ but did you know she is also a Community Triathlon Coach with Triathlon Ontario and CORE Indoor Cycling coach? She loves getting outdoors and working out with others. Come join her for good times and the benefits of getting fitter.


Expectations for Mondays

Come prepared to run/walk outside – YES in January

Runs will vary in distance and intensity with a primary goal of improving speed and efficiency

Time outside will build from 30 minutes to a maximum of 50 minutes


Expectations for Saturdays

Come prepared for a conditioning session indoors

Workouts will vary to improve functional running/walking firm with strengthening, stability, core balance and stretching

Info sessions will also occur as interest allows and will cover topics such as periodization of training, nutrition and injury prevention
